I believe that students can develop a diverse range of both life and musical skills through music education. I believe music is incredibly valuable and necessary for the social, physical, emotional, and mental development of students. I value movement, play, self expression and student autonomy, culturally sensitive and relatable music, and high quality learning experiences in the music classroom.
